Psalms for All Seasons II
Our Resurrection Faith Community along with St. Mary’s Parish, West Chicago, present Winter Bible Study opportunities every Wednesday morning and also Evening:
Seven Sessions-beginning January 17 and ending March 7 with no gathering on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 14.
Let us once again share the good news of the PSALMS! Catherine Upchurch, Director of Little Rock Scripture Study tell us: “The Book of Psalms is a unique collection of the song-prayers of God’s people. To study the Psalms is to study Prayer, ultimately to enter into Prayer. The questions we encounter in our Study Guide challenge u to reflect in a particular way on our own prayer and life experiences.”
We continue to offer two opportunities for the Winter Study:
Morning Session: 10:30AM –12PM
Evening Session: 7-8:30 PM.
Both take place in Cornelius Hall.
Did not participate in the Fall Psalms Study? Don’t worry; The Commentary and Introduction will provide a commendable orientation for you.
Registration will take place on January 7 & 14.
Share in a marvelous Ministry-It’s all about God’s Word and Prayer. PLUS...WE WELCOME ALL WHO LOVE TO CANTOR/SING THE PSALMS!
